Good video card for world of warcraft?

my new computer has a Nvidia GeForce 9800GT should it be able to run WoW with around full graphics?

You should be okay. I’ve heard that the 9800 series wasn’t a huge upgrade over the 8800 series, but I can run wow at max settings with an 8800GT in most areas. The only time I drop under say, 50 FPS, would be in raids with multiple death knights (their moves cause bad frame rates), and in dalaran.
