Hey i just got the World of Warcraft Expansion?
Hey i just got the World of Warcraft Expansion, but I’m a little confused now, I only have the trial version on my account and the trial thing I downloaded from the site, do I need to go and buy the full version, because on thier site they say this “NOTE: If you choose to upgrade your account online, you do NOT need to buy a retail copy of the game. Your online upgrade will provide you with a normal retail account. At the end of that free period, your account will be charged a recurring subscription fee according to the payment method you signed up for when you created your trial account. To view your account or change your selected payment method, please click here.”
So does that mean I dont have ot buy the Full version at a retail store? And i never upgraded using the burning crusades expansion….do i need that?
And i am upgrading my account online…im using a pre-paid card.

As far as i know, you need to purchase the standard world of warcraft, burning crusade and wrath of the lich king.
Now it is possible from what i am reading above that hey will not make you buy the original game in which case you can go ahead and upgrade your account but you will also need to buy burning crusade 100%…it even says on the wrath of the lich king box that burning crusade is required to play.
