Can I send mail in-between servers on World of Warcraft?

I want to move my stuff over to a server that’s closer to my time-zone.

Simple answer: no, cross server mail is not allowed, can only mail to and from same server

Expensive answer: Yes, pay blizzard 25 usd to transfer the character to the same server then send mail
