warcraft source css

can my computer handle counter strike source???

My computer is pantium 4. it can handle like most games created around 1-2 years b4. it can handle warcraft 3 frozen throne and yeah…. it was bought like 3 years ago. so do you think it can handle css?? or cs1.6?
