World of warcraft. question About the oracles?

I am friendly with the frenzy hearts and hated with the oracles i want the opposite how can i complete this? I have tried to kill the lich in the cave and it doesnt work for me?

Completing Just Following Orders, in addition to the pre-quests, opens up quests that allows you to gain reputation with the Oracles.

Switching from the Frenzyheart Tribe to The Oracles requires that you engage Artruis the Heartless. While you are in combat, Artruis will freeze at 30% health and two counterparts will emerge from their frozen state. Killing Zepik first will ensure your allegiance to The Oracles, while killing Jaloot deters you away from The Oracles. Make sure to pick up the quest from the surviving Oracle member!
