i hv prblm in Nfs most wanted Lan game, it say connection lost.?

whn i host/creat a game my frnd find me in his server list bt when he try to connet it take 1 or half mints nd thn say connention lost.
its happen same to me whn my frnd create a game. bt i play warcraft 3, ut 2004 in lan without any prblm. Me nd my frnd disable all the firewall also unstall the antivirus software. we try to set manual ip addres bt nothing happen. In nfs MS technical support we try to use dxdiag tools> diretc play. bt not work.
Plz hekp me….!!

for pc or xbox it could be glitch in game if pc uninstall game and then restart the pc then reinstall and make sure using right source for lan ? of xbox
