I am looking for a bandwith limiter that will limit world of warcraft and only world of warcraft. I prefer one installed on the DIR-655 but if it has to be installed directly on his computer it must be INVISIBLE (no tray icon, no sense of it on there). He is running Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit. Last requirement, it needs to be freeware. Every time he logs on the router gives World of Warcraft priority (by default) so our internet slows down to <1Mbps (normally around 15Mbps).

He is 16. PLEASE ANSWERS ABOUT LIMITING PROGRAMS.....not just saying I should uninstall it completely. He won't notice because our internet has been messed up lately.
