i get DC(Dissconnected) every 30 seconds of play… is it wow or is my pc a picse of s***? oh and it is the newest expantion(Lich King) now my specs. my ISP is Shaw i think
oh and i am using wireless and when i connect to router it works and i get DC every 10~20 mins of play
now the names on npcs are unknown
Your computer is fine but most likely it is just your server. If your server is very high pop and usually has queues to get in its definately your server. crowded servers cause lag. It may also be your internet service provider. do you know who is your ISP? cause often it is a problem with ISP that causes Lag and DC’s

For years we have been used to the Seller of Real Estate having there own representation, this of course was the listing agent. Today the buyer of BC Real Estate has the same opportunity for representation by creating a relationship with a Realtor and having that Realtor act as their Buyer’s Agent.
A buyer may ask if there are advantages to using a Buyer’s Agent to represent them in a BC Real Estate transaction. The answer is yes of course there are advantages to using a Buyer’s Agent. Here are only a few of those advantages.
1. The Realtor representing you will not disclose confidential information about you. This could very well help in the negotiations as it keeps information from the Seller that might normally be of interests to them in there negotiating.
2. The Buyer’s Agent is bound to work in the buyer’s best interest, and in some cases this may not be in the agent’s best interest.
3. The Buyer’s Agent will take upon the responsibility of uncovering as much information as possible about the property you have an offer on.
4. A Buyer’s Agent has a responsibility to show you all properties on the market that fit your buying profile.
5. When you find a property that is of interest to you, the Buyer’s Agent will do a market analysis on the property so you will have the same information as the Seller looked at when they listed the house.
6. The Buyer’s Agent will also work with you to understand the current market conditions. Is it a buyer’s market, a seller’s market or a balanced market? Your BC Buyer’s Agent will also inform you of the current market trends.
7. The Buyer’s Agent will have reliable professionals to direct you to in order to complete your transaction. In addition to a good Realtor the buyer may need a lawyer or notary, a mortgage broker, and a building inspector.
8. The Buyer’s Agent will also write a contract that is friendly for the Buyer, making sure the Buyer’s rights are fully protected.
Is it wise for a buyer of BC Real Estate to use a Buyer’s Agent to represent them in a Real Estate transaction? Yes would be the answer in most cases. There usually is no cost involved for the buyer and it is hard to think of a reason why the buyer would not want to have there own representation. It could save them thousands of dollars and a lot of time.
