WOW: Cataclysm release date?

Hey fellow wowers. I was wondering if anyone knew the official release date of world of warcraft: cataclysm. I heard many unofficial and unofficals claiming to be official dates.10pts for best answer!!!
Pls provide a srouce!

The package is already available for ‘preorder’ on most sites and stores where it will be carried. However, all such places and Blizzard’s own site indicate that there has not yet been ANY Official announced release date. The best anyone can surmise so far, with the limited information given by Blizzard is sometime this fall, possibly around their Anniversary, which is how and when they released Wrath of the Lich King.
