Ok, I was watching alot of pvp videos on youtube of World of Warcraft and I notice that all of them half their spells on their side and above where those blocks are… how do you do that? Like where you put all your spells or skills everyone had theirs on side and on the normal thingy, and above it. I was just wondering how do you do that? Please don’t leave no long speech, and thanks for answering =D

Press the Escape Key, go to Interface, Down to Action Bars then check all of them except the lock key unless you want to lock the keys in those bars.
