CHEAT ENGINE QUESTION?

How do you find the item codes to weapons, like stick arena the code for the bat is 16, and on world of warcraft you can use cheat engine also and change how your weapon looks for your eyes only i think, but I want to find out for playstation games, like….. I am using ePSXe and playing syphon filter, I want to make so i can change my weapons like, (stickarena-where you can make a bat or sword look like you are using a machine gun). I know how to but! I do not know how to find the codes for the items. Can someone who knows how to tell me,
