outland portal warcraft

My world of warcraft burning crusade expansion problem.?

Ok i brought a burning crusade expansion pack at game stop on January 14. And i brought the game card.( 60-day pre-paid game card). And i just got lv 60 and im trying to go into outland but ,hen i try to pass throught the big portal its ot letting me. says i needed the expansion pack. I already entered my game card in on jaunuary 14. So what should i do. Please help me i need to know.

You must Install the expansion, a game card Is just a game card. Install the expansion, then go through the portal In the Badlands. Hope I Helped
