My Up and left arrow on my keyboard dosen’t work in Wow (world of warcraft) please help only those 2 keys?
Its weird i was just playing and left and up just doesn’t work tried on other thing and they do work
Basic keyboards are only about 20 dollars. So if you do end up buying a brand new one, it’s not the end of the world. (Only a little more than the cost of playing WoW for 30 days.)
However, you don’t really need the up and left arrow keys to play the game. I play all the time and basically rarely/never use the arrow keys at all.
I move with my mouse or with the following keys:
W -> Move forward
S -> Move backward
A -> Turn left
D -> Turn right
Q -> Strafe left
E -> Strafe right
If you look at where those keys are on the keyboard, you see that it makes a lot of sense…they are all grouped together, and intuitively so based on how you want to move.
So you move with your left hand, and your right is free to use the mouse.
Hint: Mouse turning is the fastest way to turn. By holding the right mouse button and turning your mouse, you move your character. You can even do a 360 in the air by jumping, and moving your mouse really fast.
You can also pan your camera around (Don’t hold the right mouse button), and then click both the left and right mouse buttons at the same time to start running in the exact direction your camera was panned too (even if your character was not facing that way before).
