can a lvl get a lvl 12-15 lvl pet and train it to a lvl 30

Yes. Your pet’s level has nothing to do with your own other then they can’t surpass you in level. A 80 can have a level 5 pet. If your level 12 and you tame a level 12 it will stay at level 12 until you hit 13. After your 13 for a while and it gets some experience it will become 13 after you. So it is always slightly behind you. I had the same pet for over 40 levels. Only thing you need to remember is you should put it in the stable once in a while and go tame a animal of the same species at your level so you can learn a higher rank of lets say bite in which you can transfer over to your pet in the stable. That way you don’t have your pet going around using level 2 bite when it is level 50.
