hunter dps warcraft

What world of warcraft class is best for DPS?
I already have a hunter and a mage. I want mainly a melee class, but im not sure which one does the most dps, I like to burn through my enemies as quickly as possible XD!
Enhancement shamans are a wonderful melee DPS class. Enhancement shamans also buff party members with their totems, which is always appreciated. Plus, while soloing, shamans have the ability to pop a quick heal on themselves so the fun never stops. Plus, instance Ghost Wolf allows for quick travel between mobs. Then only downside is that they aren’t very good in BG. Shamans also aren’t very complicated either, just figure out what totems you want down, make sure you have windfury on and you only have about 4 attacks that you use regularly. These attacks are on between 6-10 second timers, giving you plenty of time to refresh totems, or heal. Overall, it’s a wonderful class, and I’ve enjoyed playing mine.

For many of our hunter tiers, this more or less worked out, often resulting in one clear PvP talent and a choice between two PvE talents that are both potentially useful in the right circumstances. But then we also have talent tiers like the level 75 choice, where every ability is providing us with some kind of DPS cooldown. No doubt we needed _some_ DPS-boosting talents, but once those are in the mix, we are going to be able to calculate a right choice -- or at least a right choice for any given situation. This bring us to ...
