hosting warcraft server

Netgear router site help?

I went to my IP address because I want to be able to host in Warcraft 3 and someone said to go to something called virtual servers? Where is this located? If you dont know, do you know how to host without doing this? All answers are appreciated.

In Netgear usually from advanced menu go to Port Forwarding

and then select from Service & Game (or Service Name) and enter the IP address of your PC. If you could not find the service you want in the drop menu you may need to add a service first.
