World Of Warcraft players..?
SO the Ice Stone Has Melted, its been spamming all day, im thinking that was a world emote from the summer festival, but i may be wrong possibly a new content patch is comming up for NorthRend, we will find out shortly, but that damn emote is really annoying.
according to wowinsider the people at blizzard werent sure what was causing it but yeah it was believed to be from midsummer fire festival. a few hours ago i logged on and there was a quick repair, and i havent seen it so it looks like its fixed.

That emotion extends to the male pandaren voice emotes, which were added to the game files in the latest _Mists_ beta patch.
